We had so much fun bringing the Balearic sunset-hour to this rooftoop in the heart of London for the delicious Castillo de Ibiza rose. With a beautiful central table made of ceramic tiles and pan con tomate we served refreshing rose spritzers and house tunes to an amazing crowd of people.
